Poste:

The Position

• Drive the commercial development of the company’s portfolio across France , with a strong focus on the hospital market.
• Take a leading role in the launch of a new product in France , with a particular focus on securing the first patient treatments and driving adoption among eligible patients.
• Achieve the financial and commercial objectives set for the territory and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
• Ensure that the company’s products are known, available and appropriately used by eligible patients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals, KOLs, hospital pharmacists and other key stakeholders.
• Build a detailed understanding of customers, hospital decision-making processes, treatment pathways and the different stakeholders involved in the decision-making unit.
• Identify market opportunities and develop targeted action plans based on customer segmentation and targeting.
• Create value for customers and develop long-term, trust-based relationships within the hospital environment.
• Take the lead in customer co-creation initiatives , including relevant scientific projects, meetings and materials, in line with the product strategy.
• Manage and contribute to hospital tender processes in France, in close collaboration with internal teams.
• Differentiate the company’s products through a strong understanding of customer needs, clinical value and the competitive environment.
• Monitor competitors, market developments and customer needs in order to anticipate opportunities and make effective business decisions.
• Optimise the use of promotional resources by identifying high-impact activities aligned with the product strategy.
• Work closely with international Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Quality teams .
• Provide timely and relevant field information to internal teams, including customer feedback, product complaints and potential pharmacovigilance cases.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with French regulations and applicable promotional and ethical guidelines.

Profil:

Profile

• Senior commercial profile with proven experience in pharmaceutical sales within the French hospital environment .
• Strong understanding of hospital stakeholders, decision-making processes, account management and, ideally, tender processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business, achieve commercial objectives and build a strong customer network.
• Experience in product launch, business development or market development is highly valued.
• Experience in rare diseases and/or metabolic diseases is a plus, but is not a prerequisite . Candidates with a strong track record in another specialised hospital therapeutic area will also be considered.
• Solid scientific background, with the ability to understand and discuss complex clinical and scientific data.
• Strong customer focus, with excellent listening, networking, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset , with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, make decisions and build a business with a high degree of autonomy.
• High-energy, proactive and resilient personality, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Strong results orientation, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives.
