AI Agent Quality Lead (Internship)

The Role

We are looking for a final-year engineering student for a 6-month internship to join our Operations team and own the quality validation of our AI agents before they go live.

You will define how agents are validated, ensure they behave reliably across real-world situations, and build the processes needed to scale quality across deployments. This includes managing a fleet of multilingual testers, setting testing standards, and putting automated validation workflows in place.

What you’ll do:

• Own AI agent quality validation — ensure voice behavior, logic flows, and integrations meet our launch standards
• Design and maintain validation frameworks covering edge cases, hallucination gaps, consistency checks, and stress tests
• Build automated validation workflows to scale regression testing as we deploy more agents
• Hire, onboard, and manage multilingual testers , ensuring tests are executed consistently across languages and scenarios
• Identify failures, inconsistencies, and reliability gaps, and work with commercial and implementation teams to resolve them before launch

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Final-year Master’s student in Engineering or Computer Science
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify edge cases and failure modes in complex systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate and manage a distributed team of testers
• Experience designing structured validation or testing processes, ideally involving APIs, automation tools, or AI systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of processes end-to-end
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to figure out what needs to be tested, structured, and improved
