Senior Project Manager (Digital Strategy & Consulting)

- Orchestrating 30+ digital transformation workshops for global leaders like Coty, LVMH, and Unilever Prestige
- Empowering 5,000+ Sales Associates across luxury brands like Moncler, Margiela, Moschino, and Christies with comprehensive omnichannel training programs and change management
- Spearheading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups
- Driving eCommerce growth with bespoke website development for clients like Brandy Melville and Hublot
- Scaling fast fashion to 10,000+ daily orders with optimized e-commerce solutions
- Igniting sales for Hublot, Omega, and Fred via high-performing Mini Programs in China
- Expanding The Hour Glass's presence across 9 APAC markets with integrated solutions.
- Contribute to the definition of digital transformation strategies, including CRM, infrastructure integration, marketing automation, digital platforms, and WeChat ecosystems.
- Analyze client needs, business objectives, and customer journeys to develop strategic and actionable recommendations.
- Lead or contribute to consulting engagements from pitch to completion, including competitive analysis and proposal preparation.
- Support commercial activities, including responses to tenders, lead generation initiatives, and presales stage of the projects.
- Contribute to ITC's thought leadership by publishing one monthly article on the Company website or LinkedIn, in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Actively support lead generation efforts through ongoing LinkedIn outreach and network development activities, in alignment with commercial objectives.
- Manage multiple client digital transformation initiatives, ensuring planning, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring of deliverables.
- Act as an interface between client teams, ITC teams, and external partners.
- Budget monitoring and project reporting.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and deadlines.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and third-party partners.
- Monitor and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise and contribute to the deployment of digital solutions, including social media management, marketing automation tools, e-commerce platforms, and mini programs, etc.
- Create and manage clients in WeChat ecosystems, including setup, implementation, content management, and optimization, etc.
- Work with analytics tools to extract insights and support performance reporting.
- Support training and knowledge hub update.
- Participate in daily standup meetings, weekly Level 10 meetings, and regular one-on-one meetings with the line manager, in alignment with the Company's operating framework.
- Submit structured daily activity reports in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates within the designated project management and collaboration tools.
- Align with defined objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), as communicated by Management and reviewed periodically.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or growth project management, ideally with international exposure.
- Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.
- Strong experience with social media platform operations, content creation, and community management.
- Skills in photography and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (CRM, analytics, AI marketing platforms, ABM, GTM).
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the airport/transport sector is a great plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (Master's is a plus but not required).
- Strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving, and adaptability in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Experience working with large brands, public institutions, or international organizations.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing models.
- Experience in digital transformation or consulting.
