Join ManoMano's Performance team, where you will directly support both our SPART (Seller Partnerships - commercial team) and Retail Media teams, focusing on performance management to drive significant business impact. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with multiple teams and directly influence the operational success and growth of ManoMano's marketplace.

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you will be positioned at the intersection of commercial operations and retail media advertising, gaining deep insights into marketplace dynamics, revenue generation, and business analytics.

🎯 Main Missions:

As a Performance Manager Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Create and optimize dashboards (using Google Sheets, SQL/Snowflake) to track KPIs for seller performance, advertising effectiveness, and revenue generation.

• Target Management:

  • Assist the Performance Manager to set targets linked directly to to drive company goals into operational objectives for the sales team

  • Support the creation of commercial challenges to animate and boost the revenue of the company

• Business Impact & Strategic Insights:

• Market intelligence: collection, consolidation & communication of external market data

• Pricing & Promo optimization

  • Support the reste of the Performance team in developing processes in order to improve competitiveness and promotional performance at ManoMano

👉 Qualifications:

• Master’s student in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university education.

• Analytical mindset, highly data-driven with skills in data management.

• Proficiency in (or willingness to rapidly learn) Google Sheets and SQL (Snowflake).

• Naturally curious, proactive in measuring, testing, learning, and iterating.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.

• Autonomous and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.

• Fluent in French and English.

• Nice to have: interest in DIY, Home Improvement, or e-commerce.
