In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.
This dynamic ecosystem requires meticulous coordination to keep our games at the forefront of technology and user experience.

Join our vibrant team at Madbox as a Human Resources Intern (6-month internship contract) and help us shape an engaging and dynamic workplace culture! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruiting and workplace management, contributing directly to the daily life of our Paris studio.

Y our future responsibilities and scope:

• Assisting with the recruitment process: posting job offers, managing applications, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience by communicating clearly and professionally throughout the hiring process
• Supporting employer branding efforts such as job fairs, social media posts, and internal events
• Helping onboard new team members by preparing welcome kits, and coordinating their first days
• Enhance the daily life of the Madbox Paris studio by organizing and coordinating activities and events, like game jams, game sessions, and team moments that reinforce company culture
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace practices to maintain a well-functioning office environment

The profile we are looking for:

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• With creativity and energy, you will be a key asset to our teams' happiness
• Native French level is required
• Solid English level is required, as you will be working in an international environment
• Sense of service, empathy, and care
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality on strategic topics
• Experience with Notion and Figma is a plus
• Experience in budgeting with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
