Join us.YOUR IMPACTAs Labour Relations Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the business and employee representative bodies, including works councils, employee representatives, and unions. You will own collective agreement negotiations, annual consultations, and labour relations strategy, while partnering closely with HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, Project Managers, and Legal teams. Your work will directly support business transformation, compliance with labour laws, and constructive social dialogue across the organization.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSLead relationships with works councils, unions, and employee representatives.Drive collective agreement negotiations and implementation.Partner closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.Lead restructuring and M&A consultation activities.Contribute to European-level projects and initiatives.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMaster’s degree in Employment Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field8-10 years of experience in HR5+ years of experience in Labour Relations or Labour LawExperience in unionized and complex environments highly valuedAbility to operate in transformation and fast-paced environmentsProficiency in HR tools and standard office softwareProfessional English and French language skills requiredONE LAST THINGYou'll join a collaborative environment where your expertise will shape key people and business decisions.
