Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to strengthen our IT & Digital teams and support the Group's international growth.

About the Role
As part of the IT & Digital team, you will play a key role in major development projects across our global footprint (3 Business Units: EMEA, Americas & APAC - 3 R&D centers in France, UK & Germany - 4 industrial sites in France & Germany).

Reporting to the Head of IT Operations and aligned with the Group's IT strategy, your responsibilities will include:

Project Development & Delivery

• Qualify requests from IT & Digital teams and business stakeholders, define roadmaps and associated projects
• Provide cross-functional support for technical and functional projects, guiding technology and service choices
• Implement solutions with a strong focus on security and operational excellence during design phases
• Standardize and industrialize solutions to ensure long-term operational stability
• Deliver documentation, update repositories, and maintain monitoring tools
• Communicate project status clearly to management and business teams

Service Continuity & Operations

• Ensure operational availability of services and infrastructures
• Manage and administer network operations
• Guarantee smooth functioning of WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi / Firewall infrastructures
• Handle complex incidents and problems
• Lead infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects
• Drive continuous process improvement
• Develop and maintain tools to measure service availability and end-to-end application performance

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Computer Science (Bac+5) with 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in:
• LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN technologies
• Switching & routing principles, dynamic routing protocols
• WAN architectures (MPLS, Site-to-Site VPN), network segmentation
• Next-gen and application firewalls
• IPAM, DNS, DHCP solutions
• Azure Cloud interconnection solutions
• Network monitoring tools
• Ability to combine deep technical expertise with strong managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive mindset
• Strong level of English
