We are looking for our next People Ops Specialist to join Implicity’s People team. The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) runs recruitment, the Office Manager manages the workplace — this person becomes the “engine room” expert who streamlines the entire employee journey: from contract signature to offboarding. The goal is to strengthen HR administration (compliance, payroll prep, data), ensure a top-notch onboarding experience, and contribute to People projects in a fast-growing MedTech environment.
Your missions
️ Missions & Responsibilities
⚙️ People Ops & HR Administration (≈ 60%)
Contracts & documents: Drafting and tracking contracts and amendments (SYNTEC agreement), DPAE, health insurance / supplementary coverage enrollment
Payroll prep: Collecting and validating monthly variables (bonuses, absences, transport) with the HRBP; go-to person for payslip questions
Compliance & legal: Keeping processes up to date (occupational health, mandatory postings, GDPR); supporting the preparation of CSE meetings
HR Data: Maintaining the HRIS and building dashboards (headcount, gender parity, turnover) to support HRBP data-driven decisions
✨ Employee Experience & Onboarding (≈ 30%)
Contributing to internal rituals and events so Implicity’s culture is felt at every employee touchpoint
Contributing to and improving internal processes across the employee lifecycle
Cross-functional People projects (≈ 10%)
Depending on needs and interests: rolling out a training plan, improving employer branding, launching new HR tools
Documenting and improving internal HR processes

Your Profile and Mindset
Experience Profile
Level / Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Business School (HR major), Master’s in HRM (GIRH) or equivalent
Experience: A first professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR is ideally preferred
Sector (Bonus): Experience in a startup or scale-up, or strong interest in health / medtech

Service-oriented: Enjoys helping employees and answering questions clearly and kindly
Highly detail-oriented: A missing DPAE or a contract error is not an option — impeccable attention to detail
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with digital HR tools (HRIS, ATS, Google Sheets), curious about AI
Discretion: Strong sense of confidentiality around HR and compensation data
Bilingual FR/EN: Native-level French, fluent English required
Curious: Interest in labor law and payroll mechanics — wants to understand the “why” behind each process

Salary
For this job (apprenticeship), you have a base salary depending on the legal requirements (100% SMIC)
