We’re growing and looking for a highly skilled CRM Consultant fluent in French .

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their requirements, configuring the CRM system accordingly, and ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process. Your team can’t wait to welcome you!

What you’ll be doing

✔️ Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives

✔️Translate client requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, as well as CRM solutions

✔️Identify solutions within our application based on complex business processes, challenges, and client needs

✔️Lead CRM implementations, including configuration, integration, and data migration

✔️Configure the CRM system to align with client requirements

✔️Act as the bridge between project stakeholders and internal teams

✔️Serve as a product expert and guide stakeholders toward the appropriate solutions

✔️Follow up with customers and communicate potential future standards and benefits

✔️Prioritize activities to meet project requirements and deadlines

Who you are

✔️Analytical and customer-centric mindset

✔️Strong communication skills in French and English

✔️Structured and well-organized

✔️Ability to organize information and clearly communicate progress

✔️Capable of leading multiple projects and activities simultaneously

✔️Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats when needed

✔️Minimum 2 years of experience in functional consultancy or a relevant role (consulting background is a plus)
