The PRIM Assistant Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager in developing and executing global PR and influencer marketing strategies for fragrance and makeup launches across Gucci Beauty and Marc Jacobs Beauty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global PRIM Assistant Project Manager, your main focus is to support the local implementation of strategies across markets, coordinating activations with PR agencies and providing operational support.

General Project Management

• Execute global communication strategies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration for a 360° brand approach.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with Fashion House, 360 teams, local markets, and external partners from briefing to execution and outcome analysis.

Influencer Marketing & PR

• Contribute to strategy and communication tool development.

• Support briefing, design, development, and implementation of global programs for local markets, including:

• Influencer partnerships, seeding & paid content guidelines

• Editorial press & influencer marketing tools and collaterals

• Influencer and PR events, ambassador activations

• Calendars, campaign trackers, and local activation timelines

• Manage celebrity and ambassador projects, including profiling, event attendance, PR shoots, and interviews.

Events

• Plan and execute high-end events, overseeing production, logistics, hospitality, and guest experience.

• Leverage Fashion Week opportunities for synergy across Beauty and Fashion.

• Ensure seamless execution of local events from concept to post-event reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

• Handle daily local market ad hoc requests.

• Manage Fashion House and cross-functional team alignment and approvals.

• Oversee admin tasks such as product orders and send-outs.

• Track and report monthly activity across print, digital, and influencer coverage, identifying insights to optimize brand strategy.

• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and trends in the luxury beauty/fashion space.

This role requires close collaboration with managers across all 360° functions and effective communication with internal teams (Marketing, Media, Digital) and external partners.

• Experience working across global markets and functions

• Fluency in English (French or other languages a plus)
