Gameplay Programmer (Online)
- Design, implement, and integrate gameplay features that leverage online services;
- Provide technical guidance and support to game designers to help them achieve their vision and goals;
- Collaborate closely with gameplay, network, and online programmers to ensure proper integration with other game components;
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging technologies in online services and web development to deliver the best possible online experience.
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- Experience developing online components for a published game;
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and the C++ language;
- Familiarity with GitLab, Git, or Perforce;
- Experience with back-end services and in a DevOps environment (or other relevant experience) is a plus;
- Knowledge of Python or .NET Core is a plus;
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases is a plus;
- Experience developing on Sony and Microsoft consoles is a plus.
