In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of 14.7 billion.Job DescriptionYour opportunityAs Group Talent Project & Analytics Manager, you will sit at the heart of our global Group Talent function, turning the way we work with talent data, systems and skills into a business competitive advantage. You will own three connected areas: Talent Data & Analytics, end-to-end management of our Talent Intelligence Platform, and ownership of our Skills Taxonomy.Working transversally across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, you will build a deep, data-driven understanding of the Talent domain, make our tools run seamlessly, and keep our view of skills current and meaningful. You will be part of a dynamic, international and multidisciplinary team working with all our Houses.How you will contributeTalent Data & AnalyticsDevelop a deep, transversal understanding of the Talent domain from a data perspective, covering the tracking of key metrics across both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.Produce clear, decision-ready data summaries on request, translating complex information into insight for business stakeholders.Contribute to the design and creation of new dashboards and data integration solutions, so the right information reaches the business as quickly as possible.Ensure the integration of data from our Talent systems into the wider Group HR data platform, in close partnership with data and tech teams.Management of the Talent Intelligence PlatformOwn the operational back-office management of our Talent systems, ensuring they run reliably and as expected.Partner closely with HRIS, Tech and the Talent teams (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management) to ensure the right processes and procedures are correctly configured in the tools.Manage the relationship with our system vendor: staying up to date on new releases, requesting support for changes and modifications, and negotiating with the providers.Lead the end-to-end project management of new modules or features — from scoping through delivery — including change management, stakeholder management and communication plan.Ownership of the Skills TaxonomyOwn, maintain and keep current the Skills Taxonomy within our systems and our job catalog.Coordinate closely with domain and function owners to ensure the right skills are accurately reflected across the different roles in the organisation.Analyse gaps and propose the desired outputs, test outcomes and rectify discrepancies where necessary, driving the workstream forward while respecting timelines rigorously.Who you areWe are looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with project delivery and stakeholder influence. You bring:A genuine eagerness for data and outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight.Intellectual curiosity and a systems mindset — a drive to understand how processes, tools and data actually work in order to design the best possible solutionProven project management to run initiatives end to end while respecting timelines.Strong synthesis skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas and processes to varied audiences.The ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders towards a shared goal.Very good organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Learning agility and growth mindset to thrive in an empowered, diverse team.Familiarity with HR technology solutions (e.g. Workday, Talent Intelligence or similar platforms) and strong command of Excel.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Data or HR).Fluency in English.
