Your role

In 2027, we are launching the Spendesk Academy: our company-wide plan to help every Spendesker grow. The plan includes a Manager Academy, coaching for leaders, talent cohorts, AI and feedback training, and a Spendesk finance and product academy that everyone will go through.

As our L&D Intern, you will work hand in hand with our Head of Engagement to bring this plan to life. You will create learning content people actually want to use, run our learning platform, and use AI to make learning at Spendesk interactive, useful and fun.

This is not a coordination-only internship. You will design, build and ship things that 300 people will use.

What you'll do

Run our learning platform (360Learning)

• Own the day-to-day of 360Learning: users, groups, learning paths, enrolments and reminders.

• Keep the platform clean and easy to navigate, so every Spendesker finds the right content in a few clicks.

• Track completion and participation, and share simple dashboards with your manager.

Create learning content

• Build short, engaging 360Learning modules on our internal tools and processes.

• Create content for the Manager Academy: practical guides, templates and short modules on feedback, one-to-ones and career conversations.

• Turn expert knowledge into clear, visual and interactive formats: quizzes, videos, scenarios, checklists.

Use AI to make learning fun

• Build AI agents that support our people day to day, for example a coaching agent that helps managers prepare a feedback conversation or a one-to-one.

• Create gamified learning experiences and mini websites, for example a game to learn our values, a quiz on our product, or an interactive onboarding journey.

• Test new AI tools and share what works with the team.

Build the Spendesk finance and product academy

• Work with a freelance trainer and our Product and Finance experts to create the training path every Spendesker will follow on our product and on the daily life of a finance team.

• Produce the content on 360Learning, set up certifications, and keep the path up to date after launch.

Support the Spendesk Academy programmes

• Help organise our training programmes with our partners: scheduling, invitations, logistics and follow-up.

• Build and run surveys, such as feedback after each session and our talent survey, and turn results into clear insights.

• Promote learning internally: a learning calendar, Slack announcements, and success stories that make people want to join.

What we're looking for

• You are studying in a business school, a university (HR, learning design, communication, digital) or a similar programme, and looking for a 6-month internship.

• You are genuinely into AI: you already use AI tools daily, and you have built something with them (an agent, an automation, a website, a game).

• You love creating content and have an eye for design: you know how to make something clear, visual and engaging.

• You are autonomous, organised and curious, and you like to ship things fast and improve them as you go.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with people across the company.

• Fluent French and professional working English (both essential).

Nice to have

• Experience with an LMS (360Learning or similar) or with learning design.

• Experience with AI building tools: website builders, custom GPTs or agents, automation tools.

• An interest in finance, SaaS or fintech.
