Stage : Transformation RH et conduite du changement

Nous recherchons un nouveau talent agile et ambitieux pour rejoindre notre équipe Conseil Career - Transformation RH et conduite du changement dans le cadre d'un stage. Ce poste est basé à Paris La Défense.

En tant que Consultant(e) Junior Stagiaire vous aurez l'opportunité de participer à des projets variés et structurants, allant de missions de stratégie sociale, transformation de l’organisation à la conduite du changement, incluant :

• conduite d’analyses approfondies pour identifier les leviers de performance

• définition des cibles et formalisation des stratégies adaptées au contexte de chaque client

• participation à des projets en collaboration avec votre Manager en ajustant l’accompagnement aux besoins spécifiques des clients

• participation à la production de livrables techniques, développement de feuilles de route

• synthèse des résultats de questionnaires

• organisation d’ateliers de travail en collaboration avec l’équipe et les clients.
