We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected. /p h3bAbout the Role /b /h3 pWe are hiring a Head of Engagement to build and lead the Engagement function globally. /p pYou will manage and scale a team of Engagement Managers across Europe, the Middle East, US, and future regions, and define how Harmattan AI engages with customers—from technical demonstrations to full deployment and long-term partnerships. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Field Operations, and directly impacts our ability to win tenders, deploy systems successfully, and build a scalable partner ecosystem. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership Team Building /h3 ul liBuild, manage, and scale a global team of Engagement Managers across regions /li liDefine team structure, hiring plan, and capability development /li liEstablish clear performance standards, KPIs, and operating cadence /li /ul h3Engagement Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and own the global engagement strategy across all markets /li liEnsure consistency and excellence in customer interactions, demonstrations, and deployments /li liPartner with Sales leadership on strategic deals, key accounts, and major tenders /li /ul h3Operational Excellence /h3 ul liStandardize and elevate: ul liDemonstration frameworks and demo kits /li liDeployment and field operation processes /li liCustomer engagement playbooks /li /ul /li liEnsure high level of execution quality and repeatability across regions /li /ul h3Product Feedback Loop /h3 ul liEstablish structured processes to capture field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence /li liTranslate field learnings into actionable inputs for Product and Engineering /li liEnsure tight alignment between market needs and product roadmap /li /ul h3Cross-functional Alignment /h3 ul liAct as the central interface between Sales, Marketing, RD and Product /li liEnsure seamless coordination across teams for customer delivery and deployment success /li /ul h3bCandidate Requirements /b /h3 ul liSignificant experience in Sales Engineering, Program Management, Field Operations, or similar roles in UAV, defense, robotics, or complex systems environments /li liProven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in technical, customer-facing contexts /li liStrong experience with technical sales cycles, deployments, and OEM/partner integrations /li liAbility to operate at both: ul liStrategic level (defining frameworks, scaling functions) /li liOperational level (supporting critical deals, deployments, and escalations) /li /ul /li liStrong system-level understanding of integrated hardware + software products /li /ul ul liComplex Project Management: Avid learner with a demonstrated capacity to handle large-scale, complex projects – offering innovative solutions and leading teams to deliver outstanding results. /li liAdaptability Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality. /li liCommunication Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives. /li liCommitment: 100% dedication to Harmattan AI’s mission, vision, and ambitious growth plans, ready to go the extra mile to ensure operational excellence. /li liUAV pilot license strongly preferred /li liHigh willingness to travel (significant field presence required) /li /ul pWe look forward to hearing how you can help shape the future of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
