Reporting to the Commercial Offline Director, you will lead a dedicated team to achieve ambitious commercial objectives and build powerful, lasting partnerships with our key accounts.Your main responsibilities will include:Strategic Channel Development: Design and execute the commercial strategy for key channels to accelerate growth, gain market share, and enhance brand presence.Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail partners, leading negotiations and developing joint business plans that drive mutual success.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team of account managers, fostering a culture of high performance, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit.Commercial Excellence: Ensure best-in-class in-store execution, from merchandising and promotions to brand visibility, working closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to create a seamless shopper experience.We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a seasoned commercial leader with a proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced environment.
