Join Our Team as a Service Advisor

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. If you have a background in automotive after-sales and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Commerce:
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments.
  • Welcome clients, record their requests, and communicate their needs to the Production Manager.
  • Promote additional services (e.g., rental options, payment cards, accessories) and track commercial actions.
  • Obtain client approval for any additional work required.
  • Prepare or issue invoices as per the organization’s structure.
  • For cash-paying clients, ensure payment is received before vehicle return.
  • For insurance clients, verify the completeness of the file (coverage, expert review, etc.).
  • Explain the work performed during vehicle return.
  • Process payments and close client files as per organizational guidelines.
  • Safeguard and manage client payment methods (cash, checks, etc.).
  • Ensure client satisfaction following their workshop visit (within 24 hours).
  • Monitor ongoing repair orders.

Health, Safety, and Work Environment

• Lead safety meetings within your team.
• Adhere to and enforce safety regulations on-site, setting an example for external companies.
• Participate in the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives within your team.

In case of any malfunctions or breaches of the code of conduct, the Service Advisor is responsible for reporting the information to their supervisor.

Qualifications

• Recommended Education: From BEP to Bac +3 in technical and/or commercial fields (e.g., BTS MAVA, Professional License OMSA).
• Knowledge: Proficiency in relevant software, commercial techniques, workflow organization, and hygiene and safety regulations.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive after-sales service.
