About the opportunity 

• We are looking for a rigorous and curious Credit Manager Intern to join the France Finance team for 6 months . The role supports customer invoicing, credit management, cash collection and AR operations, with direct exposure to the new AR Facility and the French e-invoicing reform.

What will you do?

• Customer invoicing & AR process — Support invoice issuance and ensure invoices are correctly sent and followed through customer portals and other channels. Help resolve rejected invoices, missing information, customer claims and billing disputes, and contribute to improving billing quality, timing and reliability.
• Credit management & cash collection — Monitor receivables and overdue balances, follow up with customers, agencies and internal teams, and help prepare aging reports and collection updates. Identify payment risks early and contribute to improving cash collection and DSO.
• AR Facility — Support daily bank reconciliations, cash allocation and transfers, recurring controls and weekly/monthly reporting. Help ensure eligible AR data is complete and reliable, follow credit notes and disputes impacting receivables, and support the team in meeting short and frequent deadlines.
• E-invoicing — Support customer and publisher follow-up, collect and validate invoicing information and help manage specific billing and self-billing cases. Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the new Pagero workflows and the transition to the new French e-invoicing requirements.
• Accounting, controls & process improvement — Support AR reconciliations, audit/SOX documentation, bad debt analysis and short-term cash visibility. Help document, simplify or automate recurring processes, including through AI tools where relevant.

• Your skills and experiences:
  • Master/Bac+4 or Bac+5 in Finance, Accounting or Business School.
  • Good Excel/data skills and solid accounting basics.
  • Rigorous, organized and reliable, with attention to detail and short deadlines.
  • Fluent French and professional English; comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong interest in finance systems, process improvement, automation and AI tools.
