R&D Project manager Apprentice – Luxury Makeup
Internship 6 months Starting July 2026

As an R&D project manager apprentice, you will develop luxury makeup for Gucci and Burberry Beauty, gaining hands-on experience in an innovative and international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our R&D Project Management Apprentice, your main focus is product development, coordination, and innovation.

You will support the R&D team in managing the development of innovative luxury makeup products, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, and brand standards.

Your main focus :

• Coordinate product development with internal and external stakeholders , ensuring project timelines are met.

• Support shade extensions and limited editions development .

• Support base business on reformulation projects.

• Follow up on stability and claims tests in collaboration with labs.

• Analyse formula submissions and technical reports to ensure compliance with Coty’s standards.

• Support the preparation of documentation for internal validation and regulatory requirement .

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory) to align on product objectives .

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to manage projects and collaborate with experts to bring innovative beauty products to life. As an aspiring project manager, you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Other than that, you:

• Have a scientific or engineering background in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Possess strong organizational skills , able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Are analytical and rigorous , ensuring the highest product quality and performance.

• Have excellent communication skills , facilitating collaboration with diverse teams.

• Are passionate about cosmetic products and trends.

• Are fluent in English and/or French (both are a plus for international interactions).
