Within AXA GIE - DCFG, you will join the Corporate Finance M&A team as an Intern.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

• Support the coordination of M&A processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal advisors).
• Perform financial analyses and valuations of potential acquisition or divestiture targets, including assessment of strategic rationale and financial impact.
• Conduct macroeconomic, sector and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making and opportunity screening.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials for senior management, executive committees and Board-level discussions.
• Support capital allocation activities and the monitoring of key entity-level performance indicators, ensuring effective and disciplined capital deployment (e.g. solvency ratio, payout ratio etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in Finance.
• Passionate about corporate finance and M&A, with a strong analytical skills and a understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles and financial statements.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; previous international exposure is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to produce qualitative financial analyses and presentation materials.

Proactive, intellectually curious and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a demanding and international environment.
