Apprenticeship - Inclusion, Diversity and Learning HR Officer - September 2025

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• What You’ll Do

1 st rotation in Group HR, Culture, Inclusion and Diversity team:

• Finalizing and Implementing end of year very rich disability plan with dedicated event for the Week of Disability employment and International Disability Day
• Discover and participate to launch and analysis of two key annual employee survey (Inclusion survey in September and Pulse in Novembre)
• Implement key HR initiative such as Parenthood conferences, Her Story,
• Organize AXA Heart in Action volunteering actions for GIE employees (for example for Pink October, Christmas market...)

2 nd rotation in Learning team:

• Supporting the team in the events’ organization such as workshops, global events, seminars, etc.
• Helping in the preparation of all important governance milestones (agenda, team’s coordination, presentation’s deck).
• Helping to manage transversal projects and supporting the team in business-as-usual tasks, mainly in reporting and data quality.

• Ability to collaborate in a complex and matrix organization
• Team player with ability to also act autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate and interact with different type of stakeholders
• Great English skills to work in a multicultural environment

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.
