Your responsibilities

As CybelAngel is rapidly expanding our customer and partner bases, our sales team is growing. We are looking for an ambitious Partner Account Manager (PAM) to manage and grow the business generated with partners (resellers, MSSPs) in the UK, Northern Europe and DACH regions. The role will be split between managing the existing partners and their opportunities on the one hand, and recruiting new partners to expand our partner ecosystem on the other hand.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the relationship with existing partners and support the growth of their CybelAngel business.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and sales plans with partners.
  • Lead the sales cycle of the partner opportunities to successful closure, in conjunction with the partner sales team.
  • Identify and recruit suitable cybersecurity partners to expand our partner ecosystem across these markets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the partners and advocate their interests within the CybelAngel organisation.
  • Collaborate with marketing for co-branded campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Work closely with Pre-sales, Product and Customer Success teams to support partner needs.
  • Bring a growth mentality and be willing to develop yourself so that your personal growth keeps pace with the business around you.
  • Coordinate required resources to achieve your goals.

Your preferred experience:

  • 4+ years sales experience in a high-tech B2B environment, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Knowledge of partner models (Resellers, MSSPs, Distributors, …) is a distinct plus
  • Experience in the cybersecurity market is also a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain trusted partner relationships.
  • Capacity to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
  • Accountability. Take ownership for the business in your region.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
  • Fluent English is mandatory. French and German are a plus.
