• Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR, and we're targeting $25M by the end of 2027

What you'll actually do

• Own technical health and escalation resolution for the most strategic/complex accounts . Be a trusted advisor for the portfolio's highest-stakes customers, with accountability for time-to-resolution and RCA quality.

• Drive proactive risk prevention through account-level technical strategy . Run recurring health checks, context and automation reviews, and Qevlar usage audits that catch problems before they become tickets; go beyond reactive support to a forward-looking technical roadmap per account.

• Architect feedback loops. Own the translation of recurring technical pain points and production data into structured input for Product/Engineering. Collaborate radically with all teams.

• Automate to scale. Contribute to internal processes, tooling and documentation that scale the whole team's efficiency.

• Partner with CSM to fuel commercial expansion . Be the trusted technical voice in renewal-risk or expansion conversations where the blocker is technical credibility. Act as a technical sales/trust asset alongside the CSM rather than just a resolver.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years in customer facing roles with relevant strategic account ownership in Cybersecurity operations (SOC) and architecture (XDR, EDR, SIEM, …)

• Process automations and AI: Claude and other tools, …

• Data-driven optimisation: Extracting and leveraging analytics to drastically reduce time-to-adoption

• Posture and executive presence: customer-centricity; trusted technical advisor for enterprise-level companies

• Intrapreneurial drive: The "Builder" mindset. Capable of building the machine while running it.

• Radical collaboration: Acting as the ultimate bridge between all teams and customers. Aligning pure engineering rigour with revenue goals and customer success metrics

• Pragmatic empathy (Care): Understanding client friction points and solving them proactively, without ego

• Pedagogical ability: translating hyper-technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable business value

• Unflinching resilience: Thriving in high-stakes, crisis-driven environments where failure is not an option

• Partner enablement: direct experience delivering advanced technical training and support to external partner networks.
