At HSBC, our purpose is opening up a world of opportunity and by joining our team, you can be part of something bigger! We are committed to removing barriers and ensuring careers at HSBC are inclusive and accessible.
Being part of HSBC in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. Are you curious and client-focused? Do you have a genuine interest in financial markets and sales support? Do you enjoy working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!
What you will do:
You’ll support the Sales team by helping identify and progress sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the desk runs smoothly day-to-day. You’ll also play an active role in sharing market intelligence across the HSBC network, while operating with a strong risk, conduct and control mindset to deliver fair outcomes for customers and protect HSBC’s reputation.
In this role you will:

- Support efficient marketing of products to the client base and contribute to achieving annual financial and qualitative objectives
- Share relevant market, customer and counterparty intelligence with colleagues across the HSBC network
- Support day-to-day desk operations, including owning administrative tasks and ensuring smooth execution of routine activities
- Embed strong risk, conduct and control standards, supporting fair customer outcomes, orderly markets, and adherence to financial crime prevention requirements (e.g., AML and sanctions)
You should apply if you have:
- A first significant exposure to sales support, client servicing, or a front-office/markets environment
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and respond to specific customer needs
- Good understanding of risk, conduct and control expectations in a front-to-back environment (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Ability to work collaboratively, share intelligence, and operate effectively across a global network
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence handling administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, forward-looking mindset (including prioritising training and continuous improvement)
Even if you feel you do not meet 100% of our qualifications, we encourage you to apply, if you believe this role is right for you.
