Procurement Partner (F/M)
- 15 clients, 15 strategies: from fast-growing startups to large corporates, across industries, facing the biggest software vendors on the market
- Beyond savings: you advise CFOs, CIOs and procurement leaders on compliance, flexibility and how their vendor stack should evolve
- AI-native from day one: you work with an AI-powered stack that handles the heavy lifting (benchmarks, offer analysis), so you can focus on high-value negotiations
- You shape the product: your field expertise directly feeds the tools and AI agents we build with our Product & Tech teams
- Develop and execute IT purchasing strategies aligned with business needs,
- Optimize procurement workflows and supplier selection,
- Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance,
- Benchmark vendors to ensure best-in-class solutions,
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management.
- Monitor IT spending and identify cost-saving opportunities,
- Track procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement,
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain procurement records.
- Run several client procurement strategies in parallel, adapting your approach to each company's, size, industry and maturity,
- Share what works across segments with the team through our Negotiation Lab,
- Give structured feedback to Product & Tech, test new features and help design the AI use cases that will automate tomorrow's procurement.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing consulting or a negotiation-heavy role, ideally on IT / SaaS spend,
- A strong negotiator, comfortable facing large software vendors and speaking with CFOs and CIOs,
- Fluent in French and English (part of our clients and vendors are international),
- Structured and data-driven: you back every recommendation with numbers.
- You're comfortable switching contexts, from a 50-person startup to a large corporate, within the same day,
- You're curious about AI and already use it to work smarter, or want to,
- You enjoy building, not just running: improving how things are done matters to you as much as closing the deal.
