Join Deutsche Bank Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a 6 months internship starting in July 2026 to strengthen the existing Paris Global Market division. The main mission will be to assist and provide support to the Paris based FIC Financing sales team in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in originating and managing Direct Lending deal flow across various asset classes.
• Prepare internal screening memos based on Information Memorandums and due diligence reports.
• Monitor of corporate finance markets to keep the team up-to-date.
• Assist the Team in negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements/RLs with clients and internal Legal.
• Enhance and maintaining the existing tools and spreadsheets to improve transaction execution efficiency for the sales team.

Skills

• Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory.
• Must be able to provide an internship agreement.
• Must be eligible to work in France.
• Good spirit of analysis, synthesis and rigor.
• Strong interest and knowledge in financial products and industry.
• Teamplayer.
