Business Development Assistant

INTERNSHIP – within CHLOE GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
STARTING : JULY 2026 for 6 months

This internship within the Chloé team as Business Development Assistant is a real opportunity to learn & discover the fragrance industry. Global Business Development is at the crossroad of Marketing, Digital, IM, Media, Merchandising, Supply and furthermore the Reality of each country’s model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Business Development Assistant supports the brand’s growth strategy and international expansion initiatives. He/She assist the team with Fashion House (FH), coordinating with internal teams and markets to ensure strategic alignment and contribute to overall business performance.

Your main focus :

Cross-Functional Project Leadership & Market Support

• Collaborate with global teams (Marketing, I M & PR, Merchandising, Digital, CRM, Training) to design and execute 360° activations tailored to markets for global launches and KCPs .

• Support retail excellence projects, including services, uniforms, and store image.

• Help consolidate post-launch summaries, presentations, and marketing calendars.

Strategic Alignment & Business Performance

• Track KPIs and prepare global sell-in/sell-out performance reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Support business initiatives and monitor new product launches (NPD).

• Conduct regular competitive analysis and provide optimization recommendations.

Operational & Contractual Coordination with the Fashion House

• Support the Fashion House and internal teams in day-to-day coordination .

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and submit business reports .

• Coordinate fashion gifts and incentive programs for Brand Ambassadors (BAs).

The Business Development Assistant will report to a Business Developer and will work closely with several departments such as Marketing Development, Digital, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Supply etc
