What you will do

1.) Localize and execute Plaud’s integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, paid media, and multiple sales channels across the France region.

2.) Collaborate with Global IMC teams to translate strategic direction into actionable, market-specific campaign plans during key sales promotional periods and always on efforts.

3.) Manage local creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.

4.) Coordinate cross-functional partners to maintain consistency in brand messaging, creative assets, and launch timelines.

5.) Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future executions.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Native-level French and fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational business environment.

2. 2-5 years of experience leading region-wide or translating global marketing efforts within multiple marketing functions to execute cohesive, full-funnel campaigns at a regional level

3. Demonstrated success in agency partnership across creative, media, or both

4. Strong in communication and execution, with the ability to drive projects and business initiatives to completion. Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and business execution.

5. Expertise in owning end-to-end campaigns that drive and demonstrate quantifiable business impact.
