Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on recruiting top technology talent. You will play a pivotal role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to facilitating smooth onboarding for technology roles. This position is instrumental in building high-performing tech teams that will drive our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements for technical positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for software engineering, data, product, and IT roles.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job specifications and team culture.
Coordinate and lead the interview process, providing a positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires in technology roles.
Stay updated on current trends in tech recruitment and employer branding.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of technology roles and technical skill sets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
