Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on recruiting top technology talent. You will play a pivotal role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to facilitating smooth onboarding for technology roles. This position is instrumental in building high-performing tech teams that will drive our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements for technical positions.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for software engineering, data, product, and IT roles.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job specifications and team culture.

• Coordinate and lead the interview process, providing a positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and provide regular hiring updates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires in technology roles.

• Stay updated on current trends in tech recruitment and employer branding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition.

• In-depth knowledge of technology roles and technical skill sets.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
