L’Agent At Your Service (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

• Présenter et promouvoir l’établissement, les différentes marques existant chez Marriott et tous les produits qui s’y rapportent,
• Assurer un accueil téléphonique et physique, s’assurer des prises en charges des demandes de manière chaleureuse, efficace et de qualité conforme aux standards,
• S’assurer que les clients passent un agréable séjour par différentes tâches mises en place avec l’équipe des Guest Relations, et les équipes de l’hébergement,
• Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,
• Régler les litiges éventuels, les reporter à ses supérieurs de façon à satisfaire les clients et les fidéliser,
• Connaître les différents services proposés à la clientèle afin de pouvoir répondre rapidement à leurs demandes,
• Connaître la carte du Room Service et être à même de conseiller le client et de faire de la vente additionnelle,
• Participer aux « taste panels » afin d’avoir une meilleure connaissance des produits de la carte,
• Fidéliser les clients du programme Marriott BONVOY en étant à même de les renseigner sur leurs droits et avantages
• Veiller à la mise à jour des informations afin de donner à la clientèle une information juste et rapide
