Located on the edge of the Château de Versailles park, nestled in a true green haven, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace invites its guests to discover 199 rooms and suites within the five-star Trianon Palace and its four-star Pavilion; a brasserie restaurant “La Véranda” and its Bar Galerie; a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant “Gordon Ramsay”; meeting and conference rooms for various events; as well as a fitness center and the luxurious Guerlain Spa.

Role
We are looking for a Multi-skilled Technical & Safety Maintenance Agent (M/F) to join our technical team.
This is an opportunity to implement the necessary corrective action plans within the property and to prevent any malfunctions of technical installations — all within an exceptional working environment.

Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible
39 hours/week

Your missions

• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the establishment, in compliance with current safety regulations and within the deadlines for assigned tasks.

• Ensure the proper functioning of electrical circuits and equipment.

• Ensure the proper functioning of the air conditioning system, heating and domestic hot water circuits and related equipment.

• Ensure the proper functioning of the hotel’s television network.

• Perform all necessary technical troubleshooting to ensure the proper operation of the hotel’s facilities (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, etc.).

• Maintain outdoor areas:

  • Pruning, mowing, and trimming of vegetation.

  • Maintenance of flowerbeds.

  • Organization and arrangement of outdoor spaces.

  • Removal of plant and organic waste.

Profile sought

• You hold a CAP/BEP diploma (or equivalent).

• You have experience as a maintenance worker or groundskeeper in the hospitality sector.

• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.

• Authorization to work in France is required.
