Sales Director - France
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in France. This role is ideal for a seasoned software sales professional with deep expertise in the insurance industry and a passion for driving digital transformation. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals—while collaborating with global teams and contributing to Earnix’s continued growth in the region.
What you'll do
Drive new business growth in the French insurance market
You will identify, engage, and convert high-potential insurance clients by understanding their challenges and aligning Earnix’s solutions to their strategic goals. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline and closing high-value deals.
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
You’ll manage every stage of the sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract execution. Your ability to hunt and close will be key to your success.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and solution engineering teams across different geographies to tailor proposals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients
By leveraging your deep understanding of the insurance industry, you’ll guide clients through their digital transformation journey and position Earnix as a strategic partner.

REQUIREMENTS
You'll do it using
5+ years of proven, successful software sales experience in the insurance industry
Your track record of exceeding targets and building long-term client relationships will be essential.
Strong domain knowledge of insurance operations and digital transformation trends
You understand how insurers operate today and how they must evolve to stay competitive.
Experience working with global, remote teams
You’re comfortable navigating time zones and cultures to drive collaboration and results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
You can clearly articulate complex solutions and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel extensively when required
You’re ready to be on the ground with clients and prospects to build trust and close deals.
