Data Analyst Assistant (M/W)

The apprenticeship / internship will take place within the Data Analytics team in the Data division. Your role will be to work on Commerce & Operations topics with the other data analysts & related teams. You will have 2 main types of tasks:

1/ Performance & dashboard monitoring

At ManoMano, data is essential to assess the company’s day to day health. Your role will be to define, integrate in dashboards and interpret the main KPIs. You will be a key point of contact for teams on business results understanding.

2/ Data modelisation and analysis

You will have to carry out complex analysis based on ManoMano datasets. You will be responsible from start to finish: data collection and cleaning, calculation and choice of relevant axis of analysis, restitution and data visualisation.

Examples of topics covered:

• Performance analysis of Ops Teams (Delivery Experience, Customer Support, Product Information Management…)

• Define and build relevant KPIs on Ops Service Levels, Catalog Offer, Quality & Pricing and Business Performance

• End-to-end data modelling: from transforming raw data into self-sufficient and business-oriented tables, up to crafting valuable data reports & automations

• Analysis of drivers of Customer Satisfaction & Repurchase to support strategic decision making

As part of the ManoMano data team, you will be highly involved in the improvements of our data usage with all other data teams (data science, date engineering, etc.)

Profile requirements

We are looking for a profile with both a strong analytical & technical mindset, and an important business sense. Ideally:

• You are studying in a top engineering school

• You are either looking for

  • a 12 or 24 months apprenticeship starting in September 2026 and based in Paris

  • A 6-month internship based in Paris

• You have an analytical mindset, being able to translate a business need into the right analysis
