MISSIONS
ManoMano is built on family-based organization for France.
In this context, we are looking for an Account Manager for Tooling & Garden Machinery who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of French sellers.
Scopes:
You will manage and enhance relationships with sellers.
Focused on the Tooling and Garden Machinery sector
The missions:
You will be supporting sellers in defining and implementing their roadmaps and operational projects targeted at increasing their sales in ManoMano.
You will define performance objectives, providing guidance and encouraging growth within the sellers' operations.
You will coordinate, implement, and supervise projects and programs to maximize ManoMano's business volume and profitability in the short term.
You will support sellers at key moments: integration in other platforms, important negotiations, difficulties, arbitration, annual reviews, etc.
You will be responsible for defining the partnership strategy, road map, targets, and budget for sellers.
You have a 360° view of your sellers to be able to prioritize the most impactful initiatives on your portfolio and be supportive of strategic negotiations
You will manage the day-to-day operations and performance of your portfolio.
PROFILE
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial position, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
You are driven by the performance of sales targets, you know how to analyze them and draw up action plans to achieve your objectives.
Ability to define and drive a clear strategy in your portfolio in line with the company’s objectives
Knowledge of e-commerce stakes (pricing, selection, delivery experience, competitors…)
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in breaking top deals
Written and oral communication skills, being able to report and influence at a high level both internally and with sellers management
Advanced analytical skills (including GSheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL is a plus) in full autonomy
At ease in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Fluent in French and English
