We are looking for a high-performing Business Developer CIED professional to capitalize on our European leadership and significantly expand the adoption of our remote cardiac monitoring platform.
This role is crucial for establishing long-term partnerships with cardiology centers, leveraging your deep domain expertise to drive life-saving technology into new hospitals.
Reporting Structure
Direct Report: Edouard (Head of Sales Europe - International).
Collaboration: You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless platform deployment, and with the Marketing and Product teams to align our value proposition with market needs and customer feedback.
Your missions
As Business Developer CIED , your core mission will be to drive new business acquisition and manage strategic accounts (hospitals and cardiology centers) by positioning our remote monitoring platform as the superior solution for CIED management.
You will:
Business Development : Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new hospital sites and cardiology practices using CIEDs (Pacemakers, ICDs, Loop Recorders) to adopt the Implicity platform.
Sales Cycle Management : Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification through clinical and technical presentations, negotiation, and contract closure.
Market Expertise : Utilize your knowledge of CIEDs and the cardiology ecosystem to articulate the clinical and economic value of our platform to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators.
Territory Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan focused on achieving aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets (Quota).
Internal Collaboration : Ensure smooth client handoffs to the Customer Success team post-sale and provide actionable market intelligence back to the Product team.
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

Your Profile and Mindset
Experience Profile
Seniority & Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in medical device sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas, ideally focused on cardiovascular implants (Pacemakers, ICDs) or complex digital health solutions within the hospital setting.
Sector Experience (Bonus): Direct experience working with electrophysiologists and cardiologists in France/Europe, and navigating public and private hospital procurement processes.
Education: Master’s Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Mindset and Soft Skills
Results-Driven Hunter : Possess a strong hunter mentality with the tenacity required to open new accounts and drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals to completion.
Clinical Credibility : Ability to quickly build trust with clinical key opinion leaders (KOLs) by understanding their challenges and speaking credibly about CIED management.
Integrity and Compliance : Unwavering commitment to ethical sales practices and rigorous adherence to healthcare compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
Autonomy and Organization : Highly autonomous, capable of managing a large territory, prioritizing activities, and maintaining clean data in the CRM (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
Quota Achievement : Responsible for achieving the assigned territory’s booking targets (ACV/ARR) on a quarterly and annual basis.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Market Analysis : Provide accurate sales forecasts and actively monitor competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
CRM Management : Ensure meticulous use of Salesforce to document all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions.

Salary
- For this job (permanent), you have a base salary (50-57k) and a variable part, depending on your experience
- Employees stock option plan (BSPCE) subject to customary conditions
