What you'll do

As Head of Growth, you’’ll lead Skello's growth engine and own the acquisition channels that fuel our expansion across Europe. You'll build and steer a team of 3 to 4 people across three strategic levers: SEO/GEO, Paid) and Outbound.

Reporting directly to our VP Strategy & International, you'll play a key role in turning Skello's ambitions into pipeline and revenue. It's a hands-on leadership role — equal parts strategy and execution — where you set the vision and roll up your sleeves alongside your team.

Your missions

Growth Strategy & Performance

  • Define and deploy the growth strategy across the full acquisition funnel, in France, Spain and Italy.

  • Be accountable for forecasts’ achievement, budget adherence and the ROI of growth actions undertaken.

  • Track, analyse and iterate on performance.

SEO / GEO

  • Grow qualified organic traffic and Skello's visibility — from classic search to answer engines (GEO).

  • Supervise on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations and collaborate with content creators to turn our expertise into rankings, visibility and inbound leads.

Paid Acquisition (Ads)

  • Own the paid budget and channel mix (Search, Social, and beyond), optimising continuously for CAC and pipeline quality.

  • Test, measure and scale the campaigns that generate the best-qualified demand.

Outbound

  • Build and optimize automated workflows to identify, scrape, and enrich high-potential target accounts (with a strong emphasis on Mid-Market and Key Accounts profiles).

  • Design sophisticated outbound sequencing (Emailing, LinkedIn, and cold outreach triggers) to fuel our Sales Development (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) pipelines.

Lead and Grow the Team

  • Coach, motivate and level up a team of 3 to 4 people — and recruit the A-players who'll help scale it.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Data to sharpen our funnel from end to end.

Who are we looking for

  • Experience: Solid experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Engineering, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • Management: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams (3+ people).

  • T-Shaped Marketer: Deep technical expertise in SEO, GEO, Paid Ads and/or Outbound automation

  • Data & Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with the modern growth stack (e.g., Hubspot, Zapier/Make, n8n, Clay, Lemis) and able to make things happen by yourself. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.

  • Mindset: Analytical skills with a strong business acumen.

  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English and French is required.
