TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations, and the notion of style.

With an appreciation for how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Archetype pieces are realized in authentic materials, rich textures and graphic silhouettes. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals, and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The role

TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our store team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris full-time (35 hours/week) . In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.

• Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.

• Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.

• Plan and execute daily store operations.

• Work towards company standards and goals.

• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

• Ideally at least 2 years of previous experience in retail, with high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.

• Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, clienteling, and exceeding sales goals.

• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.

• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s store in Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Paris, starting as soon as possible.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
