Team

New Apps is Voodoo's zero-to-one small and elite team, building the next wave of B2C AI apps on mass-market segments. We're exploring whatever looks huge next: social entertainment, fitness, health, learning, etc. Think startup speed with big-company muscle behind it.

The team is kept deliberately lean, which means fewer layers, more ownership, and faster decisions. You'll work directly with the CEO, move quickly, cut what isn't working, and invest heavily in what is. If you want to run growth with the mindset of a founder but with real resources behind you, this is the role.

Role

Working closely with the CEO, you will be our founding Growth Manager, to drive paid and organic strategy and operations on our entire portfolio and, ultimately, scale new apps enjoyed by millions.

• Build and own the growth strategy for our new apps — running a high volume of tests across acquisition channels (paid UA, product-led growth, organic, ASO) and doubling down hard on the ones that show real potential to scale

• Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, product, development) to ensure execution of the growth strategy and leverage resources effectively

• Conduct systematic data analysis and leverage key metrics to measure channels performances, drive decision-making, prioritize growth initiatives and new opportunities.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ growth strategies to identify innovative activations

Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in driving growth for consumer-facing digital product, preferably in mobile app

• You understand the mobile growth ecosystem in detail as well as branding performance

• You are a data-driven, growth hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment

• You can demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• You are fluent in English and french
