A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients in all sectors of activity in France and internationally in the following areas:
- Digital: digital transformation projects, from project management using the Agile method through AMOA and application development to acceptance/testing.
- Consulting: IT consulting within IT departments and business consulting within functional departments specifically for Banking, Insurance and the Pharmaceutical Industry in their issues of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and transformation of financial departments ;
- Data/AI: Architecture and development of Big Data solutions with data engineer and data scientist consultants. Development of innovative artificial intelligence projects for our clients in the form of POC.
- IoT: Exploitation of data from connected objects and their processing within complex interconnected systems. Design of the entire value chain to provide the best user experience for these new services and optimize productivity gains;
- Cybersecurity: Support on the governance of our clients' cybersecurity issues. Audit and project management for data defense and security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at different levels of your project, strategy and governance, architecture, development or even DevOps.

Vos missions

Your main missions:

1. Provide corrective TMA
• Responsible for reporting and resolving incidents related to ecommerce Europe • Prioritizes corrections or business changes in dedicated release slots related to the business and according to the criticality of the incidents
• Coordinates advancement with global e-commerce team
• Regularly communicates ticket and production status to business
• Guarantee fullfilment of orders
o Monitoring of daily orders
o Incident handling
• Monitor site availability and performance via Dynatrace weekly reports available
• Escalate to global team through Service Now ticket periods where availability rates and performance times are below acceptable thresholds by eBusiness business teams
• Make technical and process recommendations for sustainable incident resolution

2. Ensure scalable TMA
• Gathering needs and writing functional specifications
• Share specifications to determine feasibility and schedule
• Ensure the progress and consideration of changes by the teams in charge
• Execute patch acceptance and validation
• Participate in the recipe / as well as test documentation for everything related to
• Actively contribute to solution improvement by being proactive with IT teams
• Ensure to validate the deployment plan in production with validation of the teams involved

3. Build knowledge base to anticipate future incidents
• Perform procedures to correct repetitive incidents (price management, catalogue management, etc.).
• Research and propose solutions to continuously improve productivity, responsiveness and production quality

Votre profil

• Connaissance plateforme Ecommerce (idéalement Hybris, le cas échéant Cloud Commerce ou Magento) ou de plateforme de type ERP (SAP, Microsoft AX, Cegid Orli)
• Expérience dans la gestion d'intégration d'applications au sein d'un écosystème IT existant
• Bonne compréhension et appropriation des enjeux métiers
• Modélisation des processus métiers
• Bonne culture informatique d'architecture applicative e-commerce, des traitements, outils, normes d'exploitation, typologies de flux (etc.)
• Maîtrise de méthodologies de gestion de projets
• Anglais courant obligatoire
