Product Manager Assistant means being part of more than 75 years of photoaging expertise.
Reporting to Product Development managers, this internship is an exclusive opportunity to
learn everything about skincare and suncare products development within a fast-growing
environment where creativity is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Global Product Manager Assistant for Lancaster, you support the full 360° product
development process across skincare and suncare. You analyse trends, track competitors, and
conduct market reviews to fuel innovation. You help brief internal teams and external partners,
follow formula, packaging, and artwork development, and contribute to 360 activation plans.
You assist with cross‑functional coordination and brand meetings, ensuring smooth execution
in a fast‑paced, creative, and international environment.

Your main focus:

• Conduct in‑depth market analyses (new launches, emerging trends, store checks) to
continuously enrich the team’s creative intelligence
• Support the briefing process for internal teams (R&D formula, packaging, procurement,
support functions) and external partners (design agencies, mock‑up studios, suppliers),
ensuring clear alignment and smooth coordination throughout development stages
• Oversee key product‑development operations with external stakeholders including
artworks, asset production, product design, and 3D visuals
• Contribute to 360° activation plans by coordinating with cross‑functional teams such as
purchasing, PR, go‑to‑market, merchandising, and education to secure cohesive and
impactful product launches

The team consists of 3 Product Development Managers, and you will collaborate closely with
several departments such as artwork and packaging designers, Consumer Insights, and R&D.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You’d like to bring your passion and curiosity about the beauty industry, you are fluent in
French & English with already a first experience in marketing. As an experienced Product
Manager Assistant in skincare, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and
international environment. Other than that, you:
