The Execution Services (KCx) division represents Kepler Cheuvreux’s electronic execution platform, providing algorithmic trading, smart order routing, and advanced execution analytics to institutional investors globally.

Role Overview

France and Benelux represent two of our most important institutional client franchises in Continental Europe, and execution is central to our growth strategy in both markets. This is a high-impact role for an experienced execution sales professional at the intersection of client relationships, market structure expertise, and commercial delivery.

You will drive adoption of our full execution suite: algorithms, DMA, program trading, high-touch, ETF, and low-touch - across asset managers and hedge funds in the region. You will act as a trusted advisor on market structure, algo strategy, and best execution, while growing revenue, expanding the client base, and deepening existing relationships.

The role reports to the Global Head of Equity Execution Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing adoption of KCx full execution suite among existing and prospective clients in France, Benelux and Germany

• Expand the regional client base and re-engage dormant accounts

• Build and strengthen relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional market participants across the region

• Serve as a trusted advisor on market structure, algorithmic strategy selection, and MiFID II best execution frameworks

• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with research, corporate access, derivatives teams, and the wider Kepler Cheuvreux offering

• Maintain a disciplined and proactive pipeline across France and Benelux

• Represent Kepler Cheuvreux at industry conferences, client events, and professional forums

• Communicate market developments and product updates to clients in a timely and professional manner

• Provide structured client feedback to inform product development and algo suite enhancement

• Contribute to regional sales collateral, messaging, and brand positioning

Experience & Competencies

• Proven experience in equity execution sales at an institutional broker-dealer

• Deep knowledge of electronic trading, algorithmic strategies, DMA, and low-touch workflows

• Strong, established relationships with buy-side clients in France and/or Benelux

• Expert knowledge of European equities market structure and MiFID II best execution regulation

• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue and deliver commercial results

• Fluent French and English speaker — Dutch or Flemish is a significant advantage

• Dynamic, results-driven, and client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Collaborative team player who is proactive in identifying and developing opportunities

• Familiarity with programme trading, ETF execution, derivatives, or multi-asset workflows

• Experience with OMS/EMS platforms such as Fidessa, Bloomberg EMSX, or FlexTrade

• Degree in finance, market finance, or quantitative analysis

• Additional European languages a plus
