As an SEO/GEO Technical Project Manager , your main responsibilities will be to secure and improve ManoMano’s platform so that Google can efficiently discover and crawl our catalog, while also leading and contributing to new SEO and GEO projects in collaboration with internal teams.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor our websites and propose improvements to their technical infrastructure, while maintaining and enhancing their performance and SEO compliance.

• Lead complex technical SEO projects from inception to completion, including audits, analysis, prioritisation, and the implementation of optimisation strategies.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to promote and implement SEO best practices across all digital platforms.

• Ensure the scalability and sustainability of technical SEO improvements across a wide range of projects.

• Contribute to the definition of a coherent SEO strategy by bringing your expertise and identifying new opportunities for improvement.

• Build and manage our internal SEO assets, tools, and data workflows.

• Communicate and report on SEO performance and project progress to ManoMano’s leadership team.

Profile

• Advanced understanding of technical SEO principles, including crawling, indexing, page speed, structured data, and related technical topics.

• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in SEO, GEO, and web performance, with the ability to propose, define, and implement innovative solutions.

• Ability to read and understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Expertise in website performance optimisation, including server-side rendering, caching policies, CDN configuration, and debugging site performance issues.

• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL, with experience maintaining and evolving internal SEO assets, connecting different data sources, and running data-processing workloads efficiently.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead several large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Communication skills in French and English, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and present complex technical topics clearly.

• Ability to use data to inform decisions and optimise SEO strategies.
