Site Budget and Contract Specialist
ICON seeks a Site Budget and Contract Specialist to manage clinical trial site contracts from negotiation through execution in Paris. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely contract finalization, regulatory compliance, and site payments while supporting study milestones.
Responsibilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle from review and negotiation through execution and close-out
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely processing of site payments
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments
- Track contract documentation and maintain status in applicable systems with data accuracy
- Provide timely status reports to study teams and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience in clinical study coordination or trial management
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Legal right to work in France
