Performance Manager - Video Games / Manga / Cinema (M/F)

It supports international clients such as Tencent, The Pokémon Company, IO Interactive, Dotemu, and Bandai Namco by deploying online and offline marketing strategies with a strong focus on performance and ROI. 🚀 MEDIA BUYING – PROGRAMMATIC & SOCIAL MEDIA (~ 60%) Core responsibility of the role. You will manage and optimize media campaigns for major international entertainment clients, with a strong focus on gaming companies.

• Advanced management and optimization of Paid Media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DV360, etc.)
• Budget management across multi-channel setups (performance, awareness, consideration)
• KPI monitoring and management: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPV, CPL, CPA, etc.
• Campaign optimization: targeting, formats, messaging, bidding strategies
• Setup and validation of tracking systems (pixels, conversions, events)
• Media plan development, audience definition, and messaging strategy
• Implementation of advanced testing (A/B testing on creatives, hooks, formats, audiences)
• Ongoing monitoring of platform updates, creative trends, and media innovations

📊 ANALYSIS & PERFORMANCE (~ 30%)

You will actively contribute to overall account performance and the quality of insights delivered to clients.

• In-depth analysis of media performance
• KPI interpretation and reporting
• Identification of insights and formulation of actionable recommendations
• Creation and improvement of reporting frameworks
• Contribution to continuous optimization of analysis and tracking methodologies

🤝 CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & COLLABORATION (~ 10%)

You will work directly with clients.

• Participation in performance reviews and strategic recommendations
• Support for client communications (email, Slack, calls)
• Direct interaction with certain clients in autonomous account management
• Close collaboration with internal teams (media, data, creative, development)
• Strong understanding of business challenges and marketing objectives

Reporting to the Head of Performance & Strategy, you will help strengthen a growing team, with real operational impact.

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Digital Marketing, Communication, Web Marketing, E-Business, Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Media, 5 years recommended
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory)
• Strong experience in Programmatic highly valued
• Experience in OOH and DOOH appreciated
• Good understanding of tracking issues (pixels, events, conversions)
• Experience managing significant budgets and multi-channel setups
• Strong performance mindset and data-driven approach
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• Operational autonomy, rigor, and ability to prioritize
• Strong interest in the gaming industry highly recommended
• Experience in gaming UA is a plus
