Our office is a welcoming and inclusive environment, home to a multicultural team of 40 employees representing 15 nationalities, with an average age of around 33.

We operate on a 4½-day workweek, with remote work every Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager intern, you will work directly with our Marketing Project Managers to bridge the gap between marketing operations and technical innovation. You will play a crucial role in expanding our global reach through providing operational support for our new event formats and database enrichment. Your missions will include:

• Assisting the General Marketing team with various tasks such as: assist with general digital marketing analyses, partnerships, and related data analysis

• Assisting with registration needs on our database leading up to the congresses

• Providing operational support for the development of strategic projects tied to our main event, IMCAS World.

• Conducting research on AI tools to automate internal processes.

• Data analysis to track marketing KPIs.

• Adding and updating user profiles in our database.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business or engineering school, with a strong interest in data and innovation.

• You have a basic grasp of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and are comfortable with the "hands-on" aspect of data - searching for, cleaning, and organizing large amounts of information.

• You proactively follow AI trends and enjoy testing new digital tools to solve practical problems.

• You are comfortable with manual database tasks that require precision and a proactive "detective" mindset to find the right information.

• You have a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• As we operate in an international environment, professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
