The brand is part of Estee Lauder Group Companies Position Summary The Product Development Manager will be responsible for driving the development, management and growth of the KILIAN PARIS fragrance portfolio. Working closely with the Product Development & Product Marketing Director, the Founder and cross-functional teams, this role will lead product innovation from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, consumer insights, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Manage the fragrance portfolio and support the execution of the brand innovation roadmap and 3-year strategic plan. • Identify market opportunities, consumer needs, and category white spaces to drive product innovation. • Develop new product concepts and create product briefs aligned with brand positioning, consumer trends and business objectives. • Partner with internal teams including Packaging Development, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Planning, Creative and Go-to-Market teams to deliver successful launches. • Collaborate with external suppliers, manufacturers and fragrance houses and creative agencies to develop best-in-class products and experiences. • Conduct competitive analysis, category reviews, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities. • Partner with Consumer Insights teams to leverage qualitative and quantitative research in product development decisions. • Establish and manage cost objectives to support profitability targets. • Prepare and deliver innovation, strategy, and product presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. • Lead and contribute to annual global presentations, Global Roundtables, Brand innovation workshops, and Strategy presentations.Qualifications• 5-7 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or Product Marketing within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury industries. • Strong knowledge of the fragrance category and luxury consumer landscape. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept through launch. • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and consumer-centric product development. • Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Brand:KILIAN PARISJob Function:Product DevelopmentJob Sub-Function:FragranceAssignment Category:Fulltime-RegularDepartment:Product Development
