Supply Local (Paris)

GoodNews was founded in Barcelona in 2020 (Covid-19), with the aim of bringing good vibes back to all neighborhoods. Since then, we have managed to bring our Good Vibes to 30 locations, more than 2,000 homes, and over 100 offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Amsterdam and Paris.

Our mission is to lead the coffee and functional beverage revolution in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. We are currently looking for a full-time Supply Local employee in Paris to join our Supply department.

TASKS

• Overseeing the proper receipt of products in stores by validating the information provided by baristas.

• Managing stock transfers between stores to avoid shortages of key GoodNews products.

• Leading local improvement projects based on barista needs and customer consumption patterns.

• Conducting store inventories when needed.

• Providing operational support for partnerships, catering events, and new store openings

• Acting as the main point of contact between the Central Supply team and the city, as well as with local teams (Retail Ops and HR Partner)

• Inventory analysis, control, audits, and reporting.

• Covering the Amsterdam team when needed.

• Covering the Paris procurement when needed.

WHO ARE YOU

• At least 1 year of experience in Supply in retail

• Proactive and able to work autonomously.

• French and English speaker. Spanish will be highly valuable.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly and pragmatically.

• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Retail and HQ teams.
