After raising €5.5M in early 2022 and €10M in our Series A in 2023, Qobra has spent 2024 and 2025 in full-speed growth mode. Now it's time to level up.
We've acquired over 250 customers across France and Europe in just four years. Our next ambition? Dominate the European market and launch in the US in early 2026.
As part of the Revenue team, you'll play a key role in Qobra's Go-to-Market success. After three years building a rock-solid outbound stack, we're ready to scale and we need to recruit 3 SDR with a huge impact or our Growth !
What you'll do:
Your focus will be on our top account of our TAM (Total addressable market). Our ICP is tech companies between 200 & 1000 employee and our core persona are RevOps Leader, Sales & Finance leaders.That’s a playground of 5,000+ top-ICP accounts for you to go after across Europe and the US.
Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales appointments and grow our revenue.
Help to identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns.
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using tools like Clay, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Nooks, and various outreach methods (Cold call, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Achieve established activity targets for number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas.
Take an active role in continuously improving our prospecting processes from scripts and sequences to scoring and experimentation.
Join us at our in-person events to find the best possible leads.

Ideal Profile:
Excellent written and verbal English skills. This position is focused on the US and EU markets, so we must hire someone fluent in English for this role.
You have a hunter's instinct, you are creative, you are cheerful, and you have a very dynamic personality.
Picking up the phone to convince your prospects doesn't scare you!
You are results-driven, ambitious, and want to exceed set objectives.
You have sales training or at least a strong interest in sales.
You are well-organized and know how to get things done.

Month 1 — Onboarding & Ramp-Up
Deep dive into Qobra: product, ICP, personas, key messages
Coaching & training on product & outbound methodology / Shadowing SDRs & AEs
Goal : Begin generating pipeline by your second week, driving quick and meaningful impact.
Months 2–4 — Acceleration
You reach at least 90% of your target objectif
Autonomous management of your outbound pipeline / Follow SDR routines: call blocks, sequencing, reporting
Goal: consistent weekly opportunity creation
Months 5–7 — Performance & Optimization
Message refinement, A/B testing, new outreach motions
Tight collaboration with Marketing to fuel the GTM flywheel
Months 8–10 — Growth & Individual Leadership
Full ownership of a strategic market or persona
Building internal playbooks & codifying best practices / Active contribution to Sales & RevOps rituals
Months 11- 14 — Expertise & Career Path
Full mastery of the Qobra SDR playbook / Mentorship of new SDRs
Participation in GTM strategy & Sales/Marketing alignment
Potential evolution toward AE or Senior SDR
