YOUR MISSION AS CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

As part of the Revenue team, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for the support of our bigger clients to make the most out of the Kolsquare solution and finding the best way to increase value and revenues.

Your job will consist of :

- Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)
- Retaining and developing the customers portfolio
- Preventing Churn
- Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
- Sending commercial proposals
- Reaching monthly targets of retention
- Being a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams

This job is tailored for you if :

- You have a proven experience in Customer management
- You have strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive and independent

- You are fluent in French, English and native Spanish is a plus to manage complex discussion

- You have a strong attention to details, and are able to identify and anticipate problems
- You have good knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to deal with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing.
- You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
- You are fluent in English.
