Support the European Retail Media team in driving activation excellence, governance, performance analysis and strategic initiatives across key European retail media partners and eCommerce Pure Players.

The intern will work closely with Retail Media Managers while collaborating with Digital Shelf, Consumer Engagement, eCommerce, market media teams and agency partners to ensure consistent execution and performance across Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Media Activation & Performance

• Support the planning, tracking and reporting of Retail Media campaigns across key pan European retailers – Amazon, Douglas, Notino, Flaconi.

• Consolidate campaign results and performance dashboards across retailers and markets.

• Conduct campaign audits and identify optimisation opportunities.

• Support testing initiatives and performance analyses.

• Monitor competitor activity and emerging Retail Media trends.

Retail Media Governance

• Maintain annual activation calendars and investment trackers.

• Support budget and commitment tracking.

• Coordinate agency deliverables and ensure timely follow-up of actions.

• Support development of standardised reporting and ways of working across markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The intern will represent the Retail Media team in day-to-day coordination with:

• Digital Shelf teams to identify opportunities linking media activation and content excellence.

• CE&A teams to ensure alignment between Retail Media campaigns and broader activation plans.

• Market Media teams to support execution consistency and knowledge sharing.

• eCommerce account teams to align with retailer priorities and commercial objectives.

• Agency partners to support campaign delivery and reporting.

Insights & Thought Leadership

• Build monthly Retail Media performance summaries.

• Support market share, visibility and performance analysis.

• Monitor retailer innovations and industry developments.

• Prepare presentations and executive-ready materials for internal stakeholders.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Master's degree student or gap-year student with an affinity for the Beauty industry.

• Strong interest in Retail Media, Digital Marketing and eCommerce.

• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.

• Excellent organisation and project management skill.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Fluent English.

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Experience with digital marketing, media or eCommerce is a plus.
